Rainbow Mulch orders ship directly to your desired destination. Orders ship to a residence or a business within the United States. Orders ship from New Vienna, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio.

Sample packages, up to three colors, are free, with free shipping. They ship UPS or USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Samples ship within 2-3 business days.

Play Rubble ships for free! Your order ships in 1-5 business days, UPS or USPS Ground Advantage. Priority shipping available upon request.

Rainbow Mulch Playground Bulk (more than 12 cubic feet):
- Delivers in your requested packaging:
- Bagged (15-lbs. each)
- Bulk Tote (600-700 lbs. each)
- Ships on standard size pallets.
- Ships LTL (Less-Than-Truckload), or FTL (Full-Truckload).
- A quote will be provided to you prior to your shipment. An estimated lead time will be provided as well. If you have a desired delivery date or timeline, please share this with our team.
- The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window 1-3 days prior to delivery.
- Delivery is curbside with liftgate service for an easy delivery.
- Driver lowers pallets from truck using liftgate.
- A pallet jack moves the pallets curbside/end of driveway.
Please count your bags to ensure your order has arrived complete. Assess for ripped or damaged bags.
Concerns and Returns
Rainbow Mulch Play Rubble and Rainbow Mulch 15-lb Bags (Webstore orders only) have a return policy as follows: You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and receipts. Return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to a defect. To initiate a return, please email hello@rainbowmulch.com with your order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return label to download and print.
Orders coordinated with a specialist (not webstore orders), orders more than six bags, or orders shipped via freight by a trusted third party carrier, the return policy is as follows: We do not accept free returns, however we are readily available to address any concerns. Please contact us immediately if 1.) you discover any missing or damaged bags or 2.) you have any concerns regarding your delivery or service from the carrier.
